Er is een klein meisje.

There is a little girl.

Iedereen houdt van haar.

Everyone loves her.

Haar grootmoeder houdt het meest van haar.

Her grandmother loves her most.

Grootmoeder geeft haar een rood mutsje.

Grandmother gives her a red cap.

Het meisje vindt het mutsje mooi en draagt het altijd.

The girl likes the cap and always wears it.

Daarom heet ze Roodkapje.

That’s why she’s called Little Red Riding Hood.
