Jésus arrive à Gethsémané avec ses disciples. Il leur demande de s’asseoir pendant qu’il va prier. Il emmène Pierre et les deux fils de Zébédée un peu plus loin. Il est très triste et angoissé.
Jesus arrives at Gethsemane with his disciples. He asks them to sit down while he goes to pray. He takes Peter and the two sons of Zebedee a little farther away. He is very sad and distressed.
« Je suis triste à en mourir, leur dit-il. Restez ici et restez éveillés avec moi. »
“I am so sad I could die,” he tells them. “Stay here and stay awake with me.”
