Once upon a time, there lived a king and queen. They very much wanted a child, but for a long time they had none. They talked about it every day.
Pewnego dnia królowa się kąpała. Nagle z wody wyszła żaba i powiedziała do niej: – Twoje życzenie się spełni. Zanim minie rok, będziesz miała córkę.
One day, the queen was bathing. Suddenly, a frog came out of the water and said to her: “Your wish will come true. Before a year has passed, you will have a daughter.”
