Sorrow in Gethsemane

Hungarian

Jézus a tanítványaival egy Gecsemáné nevű helyre ment. Amikor odaértek, ezt mondta nekik: – Üljetek le itt, amíg én odamegyek imádkozni.

English translation

Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane. When they arrived, he said to them: “Sit here while I go over there to pray.”

English translation

He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee with him. Deep sorrow and anguish overwhelmed him, so he said to them: “I am so sad that I could almost die. Stay here and keep watch with me; stay awake beside me.”
