Daleko na oceanie woda jest błękitna i przejrzysta. Jest tam tak głęboko, że nawet wiele wież ustawionych jedna na drugiej nie sięgałoby od dna do powierzchni. W tej głębi mieszka król mórz i jego lud.
Far out in the ocean, the water is blue and clear. It is so deep that even many towers stacked on top of one another would not reach from the bottom to the surface. The king of the sea and his people live in those depths.
Na dnie nie ma tylko piasku. Rosną tam niezwykłe rośliny, a ryby pływają między ich gałęziami. W najgłębszym miejscu stoi zamek króla. Ma ściany z koralu i okna z bursztynu. Jego dach tworzą muszle, które otwierają się i zamykają pod wpływem wody. W każdej z nich błyszczy piękna perła.
The bottom is not covered with sand alone. Unusual plants grow there, and fish swim among their branches. In the deepest place stands the king’s castle. Its walls are made of coral and its windows of amber. Its roof is made of shells that open and close in the water. A beautiful pearl shines inside each one.
