Scene 1 · Beginner
A man who knew God’s law well stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher, what must I do to gain eternal life?” he asked.
»Hvad står der i loven?« spurgte Jesus.
“What does the law say?” Jesus asked.
The man answered, “You must love the Lord your God with all your heart and with everything you have within you. And you must love your neighbor as yourself.”
»Det er rigtigt,« sagde Jesus. »Gør det, så vil du leve.«
“That’s right,” Jesus said. “Do that, and you will live.”
