The wicked magician's mirror

En gång gjorde en ond trollkarl en spegel. I den blev allt gott och vackert så litet att det nästan försvann. Det fula blev i stället mycket större och såg ännu värre ut. Trollkarlen skrattade åt det han såg. Hans elever berättade för alla om spegeln. De sa att den visade hur världen verkligen såg ut.

Once an evil wizard made a mirror. In it, everything good and beautiful became so small that it almost disappeared. Ugly things, on the other hand, became much larger and looked even worse. The wizard laughed at what he saw. His students told everyone about the mirror. They said it showed what the world really looked like.
