A question about eternal life

Ένας άνθρωπος που ήξερε καλά τον θρησκευτικό νόμο σηκώθηκε. Ήθελε να δοκιμάσει τον Ιησού και τον ρώτησε: «Δάσκαλε, τι πρέπει να κάνω για να έχω αιώνια ζωή;»
Ο Ιησούς τον ρώτησε τι έλεγε ο νόμος. Ο άνθρωπος απάντησε ότι πρέπει να αγαπά τον Θεό με όλη του την καρδιά, την ψυχή, τη δύναμη και τον νου.
English translation
A man who knew the religious law well stood up. He wanted to test Jesus and asked him, “Teacher, what must I do to have eternal life?”
Jesus asked him what the law said. The man replied that he must love God with all his heart, soul, strength, and mind.

Πρέπει επίσης να αγαπά τον πλησίον του όπως τον εαυτό του.
English translation
He must also love his neighbor as himself.
Greek
«Σωστά απάντησες», του είπε ο Ιησούς. «Κάνε αυτό και θα ζήσεις».
English translation
“You have answered correctly,” Jesus told him. “Do this and you will live.”
